About Vince

Vince Morgan, our Founder, retired from the United States Marine Corps after 20 years of service as a Systems Chief. He then spent another 15 years as a Federal Contractor and in Federal Service as a US Army IT Specialist along with running his own Managed Service Provider (MSP) company focusing on government contracting.

Over the years, Vince saw a need for Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs who were just starting or not big enough to afford a full on Managed IT Support staff or MSP services but still had a need to know what policies they need in place to protect their customers , ensure that their employees are getting the necessary training, and keeping their business’ IT infrastructure is in compliance along with staying up to date with cybersecurity.

SemperOne is Vince’s way of teaching business owners on the knowledge they need to stay secure, compliant, and confident, all with a single, easy-to-understand membership.
